Prof Mary Nabil Rizk

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Better Life Clinic offers highly specialized care in the fields of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Internal Medicine, Nutrition as well as Psychiatric Counseling. Dr Mary N Rizk is currently a professor of Internal Medicine at Cairo University. Having earned a fellowship in the field of endocrinology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison patients turn to Dr Rizk for her knowledge and 25 year experience. While working directly with each patient's needs and challenges, Dr Rizk provides sincere, scientific-based and personalized service to her patients. Being an active part of the scientific community, she has authored numerous publications and abstracts and supervised many of her students' Masters and PhD theses.

a. RECAP study: Real life effectiveness and Care Patterns of Diabetes management Study for Eastern Europe, Middle East, and African Region (Astra Zeneca)
b. Virtue Study: A multicenter prospective observational cohort study to assess the effects of vildagliptin relative to sulphonylurea as dual therapy with metformin (or as a monotherapy) in Muslim Patients with type 2 diabetes fasting during Ramadan (Novartis)
c. Discover Study: Discovering treatment reality of type 2 diabetes in Real World Settings (Astra Zeneca)
